Hijack of Indian Airlines Flight IC-814



The hijacked Indian Airlines plane first put down in Amritsar, near the Pakistani border, before taking off for Lahore in Pakistan where they took on more fuel.

It was turned away from the Afghan capital Kabul and then headed for the Gulf, where it landed in Dubai, before flying on to the southern Afghan city of Kandahar.
